Slave Lake is my old home town so I'm a little concerned and upset. (I don't live there at the moment, so I'm safe. Thanks for the concern though, it's truly appreciated.) The worst natural disaster in Alberta since the Pine Lake Tornado in July of 2000. Winds of up to 100 km/h pushing the flames across the South East part of town, leaving virtually nothing behind.
